Your Orders
1.Track your orders.
You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Fulifix.com.
We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
To track your order on Fullifix.com:
- On Fulifix.com, select Account
- Select Purchase history.
- If you're logged into your account, scroll to the order you want to track and select Track Shipment. If you're not logged in, select the link to track.
2.Edit or cancel an order.
We understand sometimes you need to make a change or cancel an order you already placed. You can take most actions by locating your order in your Purchase History.If edit options aren’t available, it might be because:
- Your order is already on its way to you
- You ordered from a Marketplace seller who can’t cancel your order
If you can't edit or cancel your order, most items are returnable.
Edit Items in an Order
While your order is still preparing, you can:
- Add or remove items
- Increase or decrease quantities
- Allow or disallow substitutions
How to edit items in an order:
- Select Account
- Select Purchase History
- Select Edit items
Other Edit Options
While your order is still preparing, you can also:
- Reschedule your timeslot
- Choose a different store location
- Edit your address
- Change your payment method
TIP:If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, you may get a text message or push notification giving you the option to change your delivery order to a pickup order. You can choose a pickup time slot within the next 24 hours. If you pick up your order, we'll refund your delivery fees and tip.
Cancel an order
Here’s how to check if an item or order can be canceled:
- Select Account
- Select Purchase History
- Find the order you want to cancel
- Scroll to the bottom and select Request Cancellation
3.Order not Received?
Follow the steps below if you didn't receive your items but got a delivery notification.
Shipping Orders
If the tracking details show your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:
- Look around the delivery location.
- Check the delivery confirmation.
- Ask your household and neighbors.
- Review the address saved in your Fulifix.com account. Make sure it doesn’t have any spelling errors or numerical mistakes.
- Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
If you still haven’t received it after two business days, select the Contact us button.
Delivery Orders
If you have a scheduled delivery and the tracking details show your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Check the delivery confirmation photo. Do you recognize the doorway in the image?
- Select the Contact us button.
- Request a refund by starting a return.
4.Guide Delivery Instructions
Guided delivery helps you be in control of your delivery. With this new feature you can tell us where you'd like your order dropped off.Make sure your address has the correct format when you enter it. Select the address from the drop-down menu when it appears for a more successful delivery.To add guided delivery instructions when you order, you can:
- Select Review order at checkout.
- Select Add delivery instructions.
- Provide the following:

- Select Save.
